1. Tag Viewing Function

2. Tag Creation Function
Tag Creation Sequence

Tag Creation Fields

4. Tag Deletion Function
Tag Deletion Sequence

| 4 | Review Deletion Warning | A confirmation dialog titled Delete Topics appears with the message: "Are you sure you want to delete this tag? This action cannot be undone." |
| 5 | Confirm Deletion | Click the Delete button to permanently remove the tag. |
| 6 | Cancel Deletion | Click the Cancel or Close button to exit without deleting the tag. |
Tag Deletion Outcome
| Outcome | Condition |

| Success | Tag is permanently removed from the system. A success notification displays: "Tag deleted. The tag has been deleted successfully." The total tag count decreases by one. |
| Cancel | No changes occur if you click Cancel or Close. |
Important Notes About Tag Deletion

| Irreversible Action | Once a tag is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Ensure you want to permanently remove the tag before confirming. |

5. Table Column Visibility

7. Tag Data Overview
Tag List Table Columns

8. Select All Tags Functionality
